    Steve Mejia serves as President and is responsible for overseeing Sales and Marketing. Steve previously headed the sales/marketing efforts at Mesa Communications Group and TeleCom Towers. At both companies he was responsible for business development, including acquisition of tower build opportunities and revenue growth for existing towers. He managed select build-to-suit and site acquisition projects as well. Previous to TeleCom Towers, Steve managed the day-to-day operations of the tower and rooftop management businesses of RFM Facilities Management, including relationships with clients with large tower and rooftop holdings. Steve has over 20 years of experience in the tower and wireless industries. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in finance from George Washington University.

     

    Jack Rupert serves as Vice President of Acquisitions and Development, and is responsible for overseeing all acquisition and development projects. Jack served a similar role at Mesa Communications Group and previously at TeleCom Towers. At Mesa, Jack oversaw the company’s strategic tower build and build-to-suit projects, and managed its site acquisition and construction management resources. At Telecom Towers, he hired and supervised a staff of regional tower acquisition managers and was instrumental in the growth of TeleCom Towers from 45 to over 340 owned towers. Prior to TeleCom Towers, Jack oversaw the building of extensive tower networks for RFM Facilities Management and RCC Consultants, Inc. Prior to that, he served as a consultant to public safety agencies and the private sector telecommunications industry and has more than 20 years experience in wireless communications. He has had numerous articles published, served on telecommunications industry committees, been invited as a guest speaker at industry conferences and testified as an expert witness in civil court proceedings. Jack holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in psychology and business from West Chester University and has done post-graduate work in real estate at Penn State University. 

     

    Tom Gomprecht serves as Vice President of Operations of the Company and will be responsible for overseeing construction and maintenance of the Company’s tower assets, including all regulatory compliance regarding the Company and its tower assets. Previously, Tom was the manager of the Mid-Atlantic region at Mesa and, prior to working at Mesa, at TeleCom Towers. His responsibilities in such position at both Mesa and TeleCom Towers included overseeing the marketing, leasing and operations for such region. He also managed site development projects for Mesa and for TeleCom Towers, from property selection through permitting. Prior to working at Telecom Towers, Tom was a Project Manager at CPM Wireless, a site acquisition consulting affiliate of AT&T Wireless Services, where he was the project manager for the development and deployment of approximately 200 wireless communications sites in the Baltimore/Washington DC Market. Tom has 12 year of experience in the tower industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Syracuse University and has done post-graduate work in education at Towson University.
